Your software may notneed a rebuild.

We begin with an assessment, not a quote for a rewrite.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your developer or agency left, and nobody understands the code
  • The project was started but never finished
  • New features take far longer than they should
  • The application is slow, or crashes under load
  • Deployments are risky, manual or unpredictable
  • There's no documentation and no tests
  • The technology is outdated and getting harder to support
  • You're afraid to change anything in case something breaks

What we do

We begin with an assessment, not a quote for a rewrite.

  1. 01

    Understand

We review the codebase, database, infrastructure, dependencies, documentation and deployment process, and we talk to the people who use the system.

  2. 02

    Audit

We identify security risks, technical debt, performance problems, missing tests and single points of failure.

  3. 03

    Recommend

You receive a plain-language report that classifies each part: Keep, Fix, Modernize, Replace, or Integrate.

  4. 04

    Stabilize

We fix the urgent problems first: security, reliability, deployment, backups.

  5. 05

    Improve

We modernize step by step, and add the features you need, while the business keeps running.

Our position on rewrites

Code being old doesn't mean it's bad. A working system holds years of business logic that a rewrite would have to rediscover, usually at great expense. We recommend rebuilding only when the numbers and the risks say it's the better choice, and we'll show you our reasoning.

Technologies

Laravel and PHP applications, Node.js applications, and existing SaaS products, custom CRMs and ERPs, and unfinished projects.

What the assessment includes

  • Code and architecture review
  • Security and dependency check
  • Infrastructure and deployment review
  • Documentation gaps
  • Written report with prioritized recommendations
  • A call to walk through the findings
