Do you work with international clients?+

Do I need a full specification?+
No. Start with the problem you're trying to solve. We'll help define the rest.
Can you take over an existing project?+
Yes. We start with an assessment of the code, infrastructure and documentation, then recommend next steps before committing to any work.
Can you work with our in-house developers or other vendors?+
Yes. We can work alongside your team, or take a defined part of the work.
Do you build from scratch?+
Yes. We build custom software and SaaS products from planning through launch.
AI and quality
Do you use AI to build software?+
Yes, as part of our engineering process. All production code and technical decisions are reviewed by an engineer.
Is AI-generated code safe?+
Not automatically, which is why every change is reviewed and tested before it ships. AI speeds up the work, and engineers are responsible for the result.
Will my data be sent to AI services?+
Only if we've agreed it with you first. We decide which data may go to which service during design, and document it.
Do you always recommend AI?+
No. We recommend AI where it helps and plain software or automation where that's better.
Commercial
How much does a project cost?+
It depends on scope. After an initial conversation we'll give you a range, and a fixed quote once discovery is complete.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on scope, complexity and the state of any existing systems. We give estimates after discovery, not before.
Who owns the software?+
You do, as defined in the project agreement.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes, on request and before you share sensitive material.
Do you offer support after launch?+
Yes: maintenance, monitoring, improvements and new features, monthly or as needed.
What are your payment terms?+
Typically milestone-based for fixed projects and monthly for sprints and retainers. Details are set out in each proposal.
