Our process for buildingsystems that fit.

We don't begin with a technology stack. We begin with your business — then choose software, automation, AI or people for each step.

Read the process carefully

Eight stations on one rail. At every handoff: software, automation, AI, or a person?

From problem to production.

Each station has a clear output. Nothing moves forward until the previous output is agreed.

  1. Station 01

    Discover

    Objective
Understand the business, users, goals and constraints before any tech decision.
    Activities
Stakeholder interviews, constraint mapping, uncomfortable questions.
    Outcome
A shared problem statement everyone can point at.
  2. Station 02

    Map

    Objective
See how work actually moves — not how the org chart says it should.
    Activities
Document people, systems, data flows and handoffs end to end.
    Outcome
A workflow and systems map of the real operation.
  3. Station 03

    Decide

    Objective
Choose the right lever for each bottleneck — not the fashionable one.
    Activities
Triage: software, automation, AI, or a change in how people work.
    Outcome
A build / automate / leave-alone decision for each step.
  4. Station 04

    Design

    Objective
Agree scope, architecture and interface before development starts.
    Activities
Architecture, workflows, UI definition — reviewed with you.
    Outcome
An agreed scope and architecture you can hold us to.
  5. Station 05

    Build

    Objective
Ship working increments, not a long silence then a surprise.
    Activities
Short cycles, regular demos, AI-assisted implementation, engineer review.
    Outcome
Working software you can see and use.
  6. Station 06

    Validate

    Objective
Prove it against real workflows before it reaches production.
    Activities
Automated tests, human code review, security checks, workflow testing.
    Outcome
    A production-ready release.
  7. Station 07

    Launch

    Objective
Get it live and leave your team able to run it.
    Activities
Deployment, configuration, handover, documentation and training.
    Outcome
A live system plus a handover your team owns.
  8. Station 08

    Improve

    Objective
Keep the system useful as the business changes.
    Activities
Monitoring, fixes and ongoing development when you want us on.
    Outcome
Continuous iteration — software is not a one-time event.

What the process delivers.

Not vanity metrics — tangible things you can use to decide, ship and own.

01

A clear diagnosis

You know what should be software, automation, AI, or left to people — before you spend on the wrong build.

02

Working systems

Increments you can see and use, not a long silence followed by a big surprise.

03

Honest scope

If the right answer is smaller than what you asked for, we say so. If it needs more, we say that too.

04

Ownership you can hold

Repository access, documentation, and a handover your team can continue from.

How our approach differs

Many software projects start from a specification: build what was requested. Many AI projects start from a capability: apply what the model can do. Both can work. We start from the business problem, find where time, money or information is lost, then choose the mix that fits.

Mostly manual implementation
Heavy reliance on AI
AI-assisted, engineering-led
Focus
Build, deliver, maintain
Build AI capability
Build, integrate, improve
Existing software
Often rebuilt
Often sidelined for new AI tools
Keep, fix, modernize or replace

These are common patterns, not rules. Plenty of teams do both well.

We don't believe AI replaces engineering. We believe engineering becomes more powerful with AI.

Ways to work with us

01

Fixed project

For clearly defined requirements. Scope → milestones → development → delivery.

02

Development sprints

For products that need continuous development. Priorities → sprint → review → next sprint.

03

Ongoing partnership

For businesses that want a long-term technical team. Development, maintenance, improvements and support.

Timelines and pricing

Every project is different, and we don't quote timelines or prices before we understand the work. After discovery you'll receive a scoped proposal with estimates and milestones. If scope changes, we tell you what it does to time and cost before we proceed.

How we communicate

  • One named point of contact
  • Regular demos and written progress updates
  • Shared access to the repository and project board
  • No surprises: problems are raised early

Process questions

How long does the process take?

It depends on the work. After discovery we give you a scoped proposal with estimates and milestones. We don't invent a timeline before we understand the problem.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We're based in Kolkata and work with clients worldwide. We plan working hours around your time zone.

What do I need before we start?

The problem you're trying to solve. A full specification helps, but it isn't required — we'll help define the rest.

What happens after launch?

Handover, documentation and training. Then improve: monitoring, fixes and further development as the business changes — if you want us to stay on.

Tell us what isn't working.

You don't need a perfect brief. Describe the problem and we'll tell you honestly what we think.
