AI that does useful work, not just impressive demos.

We don't add AI because it's fashionable. We first ask what problem you're solving, then decide whether the answer is software, automation, AI, or a combination.

What we build

AI assistants

For customers and staff. Answer common questions, collect information, route enquiries and hand off to a person when needed.

Document processing

Extract data from invoices, forms, purchase orders and PDFs, and send it into your accounting, ERP or workflow tools.

Internal knowledge assistants

Connect approved company documents, SOPs and policies to a secure assistant, so employees can ask instead of searching folders.

Lead handling and follow-up

Capture enquiries from your website, WhatsApp and email, qualify them, and trigger follow-ups.

Workflow agents

Carry out defined tasks across connected systems, with human approval wherever the stakes call for it.

Reporting and summaries

Turn operational data into readable reports and alerts.

AI features in existing software

Add search, summarization, classification or assistance to systems you already run, without rebuilding them.

When we say no to AI

We'll recommend plain automation or ordinary software when they're cheaper, more reliable and easier to maintain. AI belongs where a task involves language, documents, judgment or messy data. It doesn't belong where a simple rule will do.

How we keep it safe

  • Human approval on actions with financial, legal or customer impact
  • Clear boundaries on what the system may access and do
  • Data decisions made up front: which data reaches which AI service, and where it's stored
  • Testing against real examples, including the awkward cases
  • Logging and monitoring so you can see what the system did and why
  • A fallback to a person when the system isn't sure

You don't need a perfect brief. Describe the problem and we'll tell you honestly what we think.
